Now Therefore know All Men By These presents that I, Special Commissioner as aforesaid acting under Said Decree in consideration of the premises and of the Sum of Eighty Seven and 70/100 Dollars to me paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and Sold and do by These Presents grant bargain Sell convey and confirm unto the Said Lewis C. Bidamon his heirs and assigns the following described premises Situate lying in the County of and State of aforesaid to wit an undivided four fifths of Lot One in Block ninety-five and an undivided Four fifths of Lot Four in Block One hundred and four (104) and an undivided four fifths of Lots One Two Three & four (1, 2, 3 & 4) in Block ninety six (96) an undivided four fifths of Lots one, Two, Three, and four (1 2 3 & 4) in Block One hundred and Thirty Seven all Situated in the City of in Said County of To Have and To Hold together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to him the Said Lewis C Bidamon his heirs and assigns forever.
Provided however that this deed contains no implied warrante on the part of Said .
In Witness Whereof I hereunto Set my hand and Seal this Ninth day of April AD Eighteen hundred and fifty-one
