And whereas I did on the <​said​> 8th day of April AD 1851 offer for Sale in Said City of at the place aforesaid at Public to the highest bidder for cash the premises aforesaid in separate parcels as heretofore described according to the directions of Said Decree, and as set forth in said advertisement. And whereas at Said Sale Lewis C.
