Collins land and lot No. forty three and the line of No. forty two agreeably to the new Survey, West by land surveyed off to Seth Makepeace from Lot No twenty nine, and by the road leading by William Fosters, North by Lot No. sixteen, and by fifty one acres and twenty seven rods surveyed off to from lot No. thirty in Tract one, supposed to contain one hundred and forty four acres of land, be the same more or less: with all and singular, the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals, this tenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one—

I a Justice of Peace of said , do certify that and his wife whose whose signatures appear to the foregoing deed, and who are personally known to me to be the identical persons described in and who executed the same, did severally acknowledge that they had executed the said conveyance for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. And the said having been by me made acquainted with the contents of <the> said deed, and examined separate and apart from her said acknowledged that she had executed the same and relinquished her dower to the premises herein conveyed, voluntarily, freely, and without complusion of her said .
