made on the Eleventh day of NovemberA.D. October 1851 and continued for four successive weeks, stating in said publication that said sale would be held on the Eighth day of November A.D. 1851, at the door of the Court House in in said ; and whereas I did on the said Eighth day of November A.D. 1851, at said place above named, offer for sale at public to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real estate, and the became the purchaser of the same, bidding therefor the sum of 25$ for each of the first four lots 10$ for the 5th 30$ for the sixth 6th 20$ for the 7th & 8th, 25$ for the 9th 30$ for the 10th and 20$ for the 11th and 12th which were the highest bids made for the same, Now, therefore, know all men by these presents that, I, , Special commissioner as aforesaid, acting under said decree, in consideration of the premises and of the bids aforesaid to be credited upon said decree & of one dollar to me paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained and sold, and <do> by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said his heirs and and assigns, the following described premises, situate in the county of and State of aforesaid: and in the Town of , otherwise called , otherwise in said to wit Lots Two and Three in Block Four, Lots Two and Four in Block Twelve, the north half of Lot Two in Block Seven, Lot one in Block Twenty, All in the original Town; also the following Lots in the first Addition to said Town, Lots Two and three in Block one Lot one in Block Two, Lot Four in Block Two, and Lots one and Four in Block Three. To have and to hold, together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to him the said their heirs and assigns forever: Provided, however, that this deed contains no implied warranty on the part of said . In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of November A.D. Eighteen hundred and fifty one.
